Make CATEGORIES font respond like TAG CLOUD

Is there a way to make the categories listed under the blog alter size according to the number of posts attached to them? In other words, to make them act the same way the Tags do (though preferably keeping them in a list, not in a random cluster).

If this isn't at all possible, can I at least change the font size for these somewhere?
