Change "BLOG" and "BLOG ARCHIVES" text.

Hi

My website features a page that is called STUDIO, which uses the Blog template of the Theme. My menu also has an external link which is called BLOG (a third party blog).

To avoid confusion I would like to change the words BLOG (appears above blog posts) and the words BLOG ARCHIVE (appears when showing a category, etc) to something else, STUDIO and STUDIO ARCHIVES for instance...
